Full Job Description
- Managing Recruitment & Selection process which includes generating pool of candidates by reviewing resumes, performing phone screenings, scheduling interviews and conducting interviews.
- Responsible for employee verification and issuance of Job offer letter & Appointment Letter.
- Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiation employment terms.
- Assisted with new employee onboarding and ensured all pre-employment forms were properly completed.
- Plan and organize training programs for new & existing employees.
- Continually educate employees on company policies (including sexual harassment, appropriate dress, and social media permissions, etc.) and keep employee handbook current.
- Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues.
Requirements:
- Candidates should be willing to work in Evening Shift (6:00 PM – 12:00 AM)
- Regular attendance is awarded a punctuality Bonus
- Fresh & Experienced Candidates are highly encouraged to apply
